I had a transvaginal ultrasound done at 5 weeks and saw an empty gestational sack. My hCG levels were at about 4800. I went back two weeks later when I was at about 7 weeks. Once again, we saw an empty gestational sac. Hcg levels were around 20,000 ♀️.It only showed an empty gestational sac. I had my second ultrasound this week and there was a yolk sac now too but no baby or heartbeat. At that point the doctor ordered blood work to check my levels (the only blood work I have had so far) and my hcg levels came back high according to him at 16000..
